The word 'benevolence' means simply "a desire to do good to others, to be charitable, to act kindly." Isn't that everyone's job? YES! However, many churches use "benevolence" to the fund they use to distribute a monetary gift for those who have come upon an emergent short-term financial need. Please make note that we ask you give us 24 - 48 business hours to respond to your initial request.  We may have more questions we will need to ask to better assist you, in order to start the benevolence request process.  It could take up to 7-14 business days to resolve.
